About Me

Ghaith Al-Kurdi is an LMGI Award-winning location manager based in Amman, Jordan. Since entering the film industry in 2016, I have dedicated my career to navigating and managing locations for major international productions across the Middle East. My work was honored with the Location Managers Guild International (LMGI) Award for Outstanding Locations for "John Wick: Chapter 4," and I was proud to be part of the team nominated for our work on the cinematic epic, "Dune: Part Two."

My expertise lies in mastering the formidable logistics of the region—from the vast, challenging deserts to the intricacies of bustling urban environments. I am highly skilled in advanced mapping, navigation, and creating comprehensive service plans that ensure seamless operations. My process goes beyond logistics; it's about a deep, creative search to find the perfect stage for the story, meticulously breaking down scenes and creating detailed scouting plans to match the director's vision.

Beyond my work on set, I am the founder of Bayt Alurdon, a non-profit company focused on building a stronger film community in Jordan. Our mission is to create a vital bridge between international productions and our local communities, ensuring a positive impact while promoting Jordan's world-class locations to the global film industry.

Ultimately, my passion is to transform any environment into a believable and powerful cinematic world.
